Step One
Step out in faith. Jesus has called me out of the boat, waaay outta the boat. To see the vision of the Lord’s Farm Bed and Breakfast come to fruition; taking the initial step of faith, which feels a lot like a leap.
I’ve quit my Electrical Engineering job to pursue this dream/vision He has given me, and I’m moving to Gainesville Georgia.
Gainesville Georgia?

Why would you go there?
Great question, I’m glad you asked!
If the primary vision is to minister to burnt out missionaries and equip them to not get burnt out again, then I should get trained and equipped by people who know all about missionaries and what they go through. Even though I have been a missionary myself on the World Race, I only experienced a fraction of what missionaries go through. The Center for Global Action (CGA) through Adventures in Missions is where I feel called to get equipped and discipled for the work ahead. Why not get discipled and equipped to minister to missionaries by an organization that sends out around 600 missionaries per year? Seems like the right place to be for me.
CGA equips and disciples people into their unique God given callings. They have different ‘Tracks’ to facilitate your specific calling; from Leadership to Worship, Story to Missions. In addition to the tracks they have apprenticeship programs to further develop your skill sets. All this is done within a close community of Jesus lovers who are just as passionate about seeing His Kingdom come as you are! It’s going to be awesome!
In order to go to CGA and participate in the Missions track, from the end of January to the beginning of May, it requires a total of just over $4,000. That amount includes room and board. Please prayerfully consider partnering with me on seeing this vision come to fruition. The bar at the top of my blog will keep you updated on how close we are to reaching this Step One goal.
